Our animals are never given chemical wormers or de-licers. By rotating them often through our mixture of forages and browse, they build up a natural immunity to parasites and do not have the need for unnatural parasite control.

All of our animals are rotated through our lush, green, clover rich pastures, helping to produce ecologically enhanced soils, which produce highly nutritious forages for them to feed on, which in turn produces premium meats of the highest nutritional quality and taste.

Our incredibly happy and plump pigs are raised the same way all our animals are raised: naturally. Our pigs are rotated through the same legume-based forages on the ranch all the while searching for and eating nuts, seeds and berries, which produce a pork top in quality and unmatched in taste.

Pastured pork is naturally more tender and juicy than conventional pork, lower in calories and fat, higher in Omega 3's, Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA's), Vitamin E and Beta Carotene, producing a heart healthy, delicious pork with natural disease fighting defenses.

Our pigs are born in the woods and pastures without the interference of mechanical means of birthing assistance and make their own shelters from fallen trees, bushes and brambles throughout the hollers on the ranch. They are never mistreated by having their tails docked, ears notched or teeth broken, but are allowed to live freely in a natural environment.

Our Premium Grass-fed & Finished Beef comes from our closed herd of happy Black Angus cattle. Our cattle do not come into contact with any other animals off the farm. Our cattle eat a legume mixture of forages from our own pastures their whole lives and nothing more. No grains, no supplements. Ever. This produces a heart-healthy beef high in Omega 3's, the essential fatty acids our bodies need for superior health and a high quality of life.

Our Grass-Fed & Finished Lamb comes from our closed flock of Katahdin sheep. Our sheep, like the other animals on the farm, do not come in contact with any animals off the farm. Our sheep graze on the same legume rich forages also enjoying a few more woody species and berries than the cattle and never eat a bite of grain. Never. They live their entire lives on the hills and hollers of the ranch, lambing naturally and seeking shelter in the natural woods when necessary. They are never treated inhumanely by having tails docked or other unnecessary treatements

Grass-Fed & Finished Lamb is high in Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA's), the most potent defense against cancers, as well as Vitamin B-12, essential for a healthy nervous system and blood. Lamb contains carnitine for a healthy heart, and palmitoleic acid helping to protect against viruses and pathogens. Grass Finished Lamb is naturally an excellent source of zinc and magnesium along with several additional macro and trace minerals. The existence of these minerals is naturally easy for the body to break down and utilize.
Do chickens and turkeys need to eat grass and bugs? We think so. That's why our Pastured Broilers and Thanksgiving Turkeys are rotated through clean, fresh pastures just like all the other animals on the ranch. Caged animals produce something less than superior food. A diet of foods produced by foraged animals enriches the nutrient density of those foods not fully obtainable by any other means.

Our chickens and turkeys are able to naturally fight against lice and pests by being able to roam free. Their natural defense against parasites is "dusting off" in the dirt. They are never wing clipped or de-beaked, a horrifying process done commercially to day-old chicks. Our poultry are supplemented with organic, non-GMO, non-soy feeds.
